1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a ride, using our website, or requesting any transportation service from Wolf Ridge Luxury Transportation (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


2. Reservations & Booking

  • All reservations must be made through our website, phone, text, or email.

  • A valid payment method is required to secure your booking.

  • Quote prices are valid only at the time provided and may change if trip details change.


3. Rates & Additional Charges

Your final price may include:

  • Hourly or point-to-point rates

  • Fuel surcharges

  • Tolls, parking, or airport fees

  • Additional stops or changes to the original itinerary

  • Cleaning fees for spills, excessive mess, or damage

  • Wait time charges if the passenger exceeds the included grace period

All charges will be disclosed before booking whenever possible.


4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Business or corporate accounts may request invoicing.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and digital payments.

Failure to pay may result in cancellation of service.


5. Cancellations & No-Show Policy

To avoid fees, cancellations must be made within our required notice periods:

A. Standard Rides (Sedans/SUVs)

  • Cancel 24 hours before scheduled pickup: No charge

  • Cancel within 24 hours: Full fare charged

B. Airport Transfers

  • Cancel 12 hours before pickup: No charge

  • Cancel within 12 hours or no-show: Full fare charged

C. Special Events / Peak Times / Multi-Hour Reservations

  • Cancel 48–72 hours prior depending on demand.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows: Full fare charged

A no-show is when the passenger cannot be located within 30 minutes of pickup time, and no contact is made with our office.


6. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must:

  • Wear seatbelts at all times

  • Follow chauffeur instructions

  • Respect the vehicle and its interior

  • Avoid conduct that puts the driver, passengers, or vehicle at risk

Alcohol consumption is permitted only by passengers over 21 years old.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to terminate a ride without refund if safety rules are violated.


7. Vehicle Damage & Cleaning Fees

You are responsible for:

  • Damage caused by you or your party

  • Excessive spills, stains, or biohazard cleanup

Fees range from $150–$500+ depending on severity.


8. Delays, Weather, & Unforeseen Events

Wolf Ridge Luxury Transportation is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Road closures

  • Traffic accidents

  • Mechanical breakdowns

  • Events outside our control

If a vehicle becomes inoperable, we will make every effort to provide a replacement or issue a refund.


9. Airport Procedures

We track incoming flights and adjust pickup times accordingly.
Passengers must provide:

  • Correct airline and flight number

  • Updated changes when applicable

Wait time charges may apply if a passenger delays beyond the standard grace period after arrival.


10. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or forgotten items

  • Damage to personal items during transport

Please double-check the vehicle before exiting.


11. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share your data except as needed to complete your ride.


12. Use of Website

Users may not:

  • Misuse or attempt to hack the website

  • Submit fraudulent bookings or information

  • Copy content without permission

We reserve the right to deny access to anyone who violates these terms.


13. Limitation of Liability

Wolf Ridge Luxury Transportation is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Losses caused by delays, cancellations, or service interruptions

  • Items left inside the vehicle

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service.


14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The updated version will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
